Hello everyone! well here is 1 of the entries I am going to make for this month~ tomorrow I will be posting the rest~

I am practicing cyber stuff so I decided to make most of my entries cyber related, (I also suck at it so I need the practice)

the style is based on the carnival of the Rio de Janeiro, but cyber style~
it's also similar to my first rooster model~
